okay try not to laugh too hard at this peon
but this is me directly after work, before hitting the gym, 5 months back into it.
height 5'10" weight 188 lbs bf% 14
most ever 202 lbs Starting back after 3 years - 170 lbs
When I stopped lifting, 190 lbs. It took the entire 3 years for me to slowly
go back to 170. I'm naturally an ectomorph and when I starting training at
22 years old, I was 145 lbs. Currently 29 years old.
Test levels: bio available 575 ng/dl free 23 ng/dl
previous aas - only ph - 2, six week cycles of a progesterone based ph (ergo max lmg, 25 years old)
