i honestly forgot i signed up for this site, until i read the email saying "thanks for signing up to the Iron Den!" that was the last post from fit. ill just log here from now on.

ive been deadlifting and benching and ohp. tried squatting, but the day after killed my hip and knee. ill stick to v- and hack squats for now. have to read up on bulletproof knees

One way to help stop knee pain when squatting is to learn how to squat. I suggest you try it.

Ugh you poor mofo... I had some wicked IT Band issues a while back. I was ready to amputate... Only thing that helped was foam rolling twice per day and a shit ton of stretching. The foam rolling hurt worse than the knee pain though. Good luck with that.
