Ok,
week 3 started yesterday,Im hardening up nicely I have lost about an inche in my waste (1 belt hole smaller)
Im seeing some growth in upper chest/arms
Today strength was insane doing sets of 15 on almost all exercises (today was back/triceps)Recpovery between sets is shortened.

If I get mad I get really mad but can keep it where it belongs so far
I hate to say it but my usual of being happy with fooling around 1x per month and being ok with it is no more,Every woman I see I can think of some thing I wanted to do.
Everyday horney not good.
I have been expierencing night sweats but am still sleeping well.
eatting/appetite is improving. was able to get in 2000 calories before 2pm today(I have been having a hard time eatting 1500 in a day)
Only question my wife has said was why are you so horney lately!?I said your on vacation!
I am taking pictures once a week will post at the end of the run maybe sooner when I am leaner.
Not sure what I am going todo about my work uniforms,They are already getting tighter,
My weight is up 4.5lbs. in 3 weeks along with my waist losing an inche,so far so good.
