My secret is fasting, water only for 24 hours no more than twice a week. It has a lot of benefits being on a high protein diet by giving your digestive system a break and I think also strengthens ones self control. Getting through a whole day without eating does give a sense of personal accomplishment. I don't believe too much in dieting down. Restricted calories every single day seems like I lose more gains. I think the 24 hour fast puts the body in preservation mode and holds onto everything and primes the muscles for carb intake. Just my personal experience, I'm sure it won't work for everyone. For others T3 and clen followed by dnp is a sure thing lol.
