Wow, squats felt unusually light tonight. I'm almost hitting the sides of the rack on these. Absolutely no lower back pain or anything. My bench press felt quite solid too. And, yes, I'm attempting another bulk.

Looking good. Squats are looking awesome also. Keeping logging bro it keeps you honest and on top of things. Not too mention it could be a driving force in getting to the next level

No complaints about my bench. I guess doing teh squats also help me with the leg drive on the bench press. Also, having someone spot me on the heavy sets helps (alot of it is really in my head).
