I use to eat more spinach when I was bulking I can throw some in there easily enough...
6'1" 24 180lbs... Do about 30 minutes on my spinning bike 3 to 5 times a week. Weight training about 3-5 times a week. I have a Chest, Back, Arms, and Leg day. The extra day will usually be something I feel lacking. I do Shoulder exercises on all upper body days due to 2 tears I have. So I do a lot of physical therapy exercises I have for those.
