Freezing Bread?

Listen picked up a case, and obviously will not be able to kill 10 loaves within stamped on date.

Could I just freeze the surplus, and pull a loaf out the night before to thaw as needed?

Taste is good. Just concerned if this is the type of bread I would then need to toast once thawed.

I freeze my bread all the time I actually take the slices from the freeze right into the toaster. They taste good to me. I do this because I don't eat bread daily so the loaf might last me a week or two.

We freeze bread as well. We go through phases where we stop eating it a lot, then start again. The only down side is, it tastes just a tiny bit dryer than fresh bread. Otherwise, it's good.
