Today's work out SL 5x5 squats 340lbs.... Using a wide stance not atg or even close but if I go lower my but winks and I get bad back pumps, I've been stretching my hams and wed my oly shoes should be here so I hope that will give me some more depth..... I'm ALWAYS looking to improve my form so any suggestions comments etc welcome.... My skins thick so let me have it...
