Well of course he is, anyone using at the level of a pro for the length of a career will never recover to healthy levels especially in his older age. Besides with his knowledge of (sports technology drugs) synthetic hormones why would he not choose to be healthier, look and feel younger?

His levels are permanently screwed and he is on TRT pretty much for the rest of his days. He's pretty open with that side of things in his book (which incidentally is a damn good read).
