All the chain type places are garbage. Most actual steakhouses aren't all that great either. Much better off buying your own and learning how to grill.

I've got several very good steakhouses at the two large casinos just a few minutes from my house. Plus several very good locally owned joints nearby as well. Not big on the chain steakhouses - will usually just have a couple of drinks and perhaps get a burger or some ribs there, or wait to eat at one of the better nearby steakhouses after I've had my drink and moved on.

A nice thick T-Bone cooked on a charcoal grill...not porterhouse, not a rib-eye.. and not a gas grill.
Gas grills are a ****ing waste of money...cheaper to drag your stove outside...Charcoal flavor cant be beat.
Some folks just don't know how to grill.
