Empty stomach cardio

Fasted cardio is really the only way it gets done for me. If I don't knock it out first thing, it ain't happening.

I forget the "expert" but he made a good point... as far as a 24 hour picture, all things being equal otherwise, it ends up being a "wash".... same weight loss will result.

I use to be a firm believer in empty stomach cardio first thing in the morning.

But for me personally, it really didn’t make much difference as long as I got it in sometime throughout the day. I do cardio for heart health.

Close to right about 60hrs in right this moment to a 72hr fast.
I’ve trained 2 days fasted (including 30min cardio each day) 60-90min each day. That’s more unusual than a norm for the vast majority (including for myself), but I do have a lengthy time of experience with a variety of fasting methods concurrent with varying intensity levels of training, including both cardio and weights/resistance.
