Currently running dnp @ 1x 200mg crystal in gel caps every 16 hours
This is my log so other users can see what DNP can do
note: u do lose a fair bit of strength while on DNP so ive dropped the weights back so that i can perform within 6-15 reps each set
I will try and keep this thread updated i weigh myself at the same time ED straight after i do a piss when i 1st hit the gym
Before DNP: 89.4kg
Day1: 88.4kg - 1st day without drinking 1 litre of pre-workout (i normally take Methyldrene)
Day2: 88.9kg to be expected considering u put on water weight with DNP
Day3: day off from the gym
Day4: 88.1kg (I took pre-workout all it did was made me abit sweaty. its winter here + AC at the gym helps to keep me cool)
day5: 87.9kg (strength wasnt so pathetic today i think the preworkout helps alot even if its just a placebo the extra focus is great)
day6: day off from the gym
day7: 88.1kg (the weight gain is probly because the DNP has reached peak levels also was wearing joggers compared to normal shoes was doing legs i normally do 80kg atg but could only do 70kg to paralell)
day8: 87.2kg Instead of doing 8-9 reps of 40kg dumbell each hand benchpress i did 35kg EH so 70kg total instead of 80kg for 12,10,8,7. my strength remained the same when it come to doing flys and pec deck
day9: 87.7kg
day10: day off from the gym
day11: 87.0kg
day12: 86.6kg
day13: day off from the gym
day14: 86.2kg ; upped to 400mg/day
day15: 85.8kg strength was up abit today 37.5 dumbells on chest when not on cycle i do 40s so a 5kg strength difference
day16: 86.0kg
day17: day off from the gym
day18: 85.7kg
day19: 85.4kg
day20: day off from the gym
day21: 85kg switched pre workouts had 3 scoops each scoop is 32 calories 6 grams of protein and i was hotter than satans balls will not do 3 again lol
day22: 84.5kg
day23: 84.4kg
day24: day off from the gym
day25: 84.6kg had a cheat night the night before, was a cousins birthday ate @ 100cal over maintainence
day26: 84.2kg
day27: day off from the gym (last day of dnp. ill do 8 day log of the water weight i lost)

day28: 84kg (weighed 15hours after last pill) ive started pissing like a madman
day29: 83.5kg strength is back felt so much stronger was only benching 5kg less than what i normal bench for reps
day30: 83.5kg
day31: off
day32: 83.5kg
gunna finish the cycle there pretty sure i only retained 500grams of water
just finished my 2nd cycle went from 83.5 kg to 79kg in 25days lost 1kg of water this time.. have another 100 caps coming / 50days worth going to try get shredded as
