So as a fit guy I'd say I'm about 8% bf maybe 9 but here are my stats 5"9 174 I was reading fall issue of REPS magazine and came across this carb cycle plan here's what it lOoks like accorijg to there plan I'd be taking in 87.5 grams of carbs and 265 grams of protien an 87.5 grams of fat Monday through Wednesday Thursday I'll double my carbs cut my protien down fat stats the same Friday back to regular plan Saturday I'll increase carbs by 1,000 calories P/F STAY the same and then back to the regular plan , does this seem right ? Lol I mean 87.5 g of carbs 265 g of protien 87.5g of fat.. I mean Im not packin a lot of extra fat I'm pretty fit I just wanna drop back down to 6 or 5 with out losing muscle , I was on 50/30/20 split 2400 cals buy I want your guys opionion oh n im 19 young male thanks

Well thats roughly 1/2 gram per lb of bodyweight you got there...even for 174 I think thats a bit too low.
Brain function is 50 grams so thats not leaving a lot for the rest of you.
I may even do 1~1 ratio 174 grams of carbs to start with -you can always drop them lower later if thats not low enough.

That's what I was thinkin I was reading it and was thinking to myself this must be for someone getting competition ready.. Even then it seems low
