Yes the wef debated this exact issue and estimate that automation will remove roughly 500,000 jobs from the global workforce in the next ten years, within 20 the number jumps up into the millions. These are low end menial jobs entry level etc, the answer they came up with sounded like let's get people educated, fast! The uneducated are the ones who will be replaced at least for now. The global population is a problem. We see how putin is making his offering to the cause, expect more of that. A lot more, and dont wonder why either....Unfortunately, technology will keep moving forward.
I say unfortunately because technology will replace most of the work force as time moves forward.
Once they have us on a socialist system, they simply aren't going to want to pay all of us to sit.
Surly you have to know they have already though of this.
