*Meal 1-whey shake (2 servings)
& 2 packets oatmeal.
*Meal 2- supreme protein bar
*Meal 3-8-12oz flounder,brown rice, 1 hard boiled eggs, and apple*
*Meal 4- pb&jelly on whole wheat bread*
*Meal 5-chicken and brown rice & V8
*Post-workout-whey shake (1 serving
*Meal 6-cheat*
*Before bed- cottage cheese and fruit*
