Hey folks,
New here and I thought I'd share some current pics. I'm bulking most of the year and want to do my first contest in October (hopefully). I'm currently on cycle, running 600 mg test e/wk for 14 weeks, and I did a 4 week dbol kickstart at 40 mg/day. I also use IGF-DES and LR3 on 4 week cycles (4 on, 4 off).
Currently I'm sitting at around 235 lbs 5'10, and body fat is pretty high right now. I'm working with a nutritionist, and right now I'm eating around 5000 clean calories a day, and I'm doing a modified carb cycle. I'm not big on shakes, and I usually only do one per day post-workout, the rest is good ol' whole food!
My split is:
Chest, high carbs
Back, moderate carbs
Shoulders, lower carbs
Legs, high carbs
Arms, moderate carbs
Rest, low carbs
Rest, low carbs
Right now I'm prioritizing my hamstrings as well as upper chest and arms. I'll try to keep this updated with progress pics as the year rolls on!
