I've used the RPN Eviscerate in the past and it worked with getting rid of some water. Other than that, I didn't see any spot reduction weight loss.

haha well I have heard of the prep H in saran wrap aroudn the torso, but because it actually shrinks the fat cells. i have heard of some people doing this the night before shows too. I know a few guys do it to make tape, but I am pretty sure it also has a shrinking effect on the veins in that area. And of course, this is only temporary. I have never tried it myself, because I don't need to and i think it is a little silly, IMO.

Yep, I know a couple of guys who did this. It is the phenylephrine that is the active ingredient and it causes blood vessels to constrict. In theory, this would constrict blood vessels in adipose cells and shrink them.
