2018 Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Stout Trooper. Pulled an old CBS out of the basement also, not sure if I'm going to have it tonight. May head to bourbon town.

Nope, that was a 2015 Bourbon Country Rare Stout, this was a regular. It was definitley one of the 2015 infected batches, had a little vinegar tasty to it, I still drank it, went down smooth.

Tonight, Stone 2014 Russian Imperial Stout, tastes like chocolate cake at 11%. Age did this one very good.

2015 Nebraska HopAnomoly Aged in Chardonnay barrels. It was bottle conditioned and held up very well. Belgian Triple. The French Oak really took over on this one with the age, more wine & oak flavors came out than Belgian.

I have a 2016 in the basement as well, may give that a go if I can dig it out.

I had a roasted blue corn, and was good. Think it was Blacones, pretty sure They are out of Waco
