Anyone tried it. I did the original Cube Method and had pretty decent results with it. Probably one of the first routines I actually followed all the way through. I hear it's supposed to be solid.
It's Verhoshansky with a ghey name. MJR is using this. He was describing it to me and it was exactly the same as the peaking program I had ran for my October meet.
I'm not suprised when it comes to BL. He has had a bit of a shady past with anything that has to do with money or making money. Thanks guys. I love Jim Wendler too but his 5/3/1 was similar. 5/3/1 for football, 5/3/1 for Ninjas and so on.
If you already have run the Cube with good success then keep on keeping on. Programs don't just work once. Adjust your numbers and accessory work and get back to it.
Brandon's past and his sources for the Cube method don't matter at all as long as it works for you.
