I've been gettin these pretty regular since about December I believe multi vitamins and taurine can help prevent this. Any other suggestions?

Get some leafy greens in there too cuz your body absorbs potassium better in the presence of calcium and magnesium.

Drink 2 litres of water a day, so I need to be drinking more? Yeh heard about bananas and any particular greens?

Don't forget salt. Potassium is only 1/2 the battle. Hot sauce, soy sauce, chicken soup.

Great point about the greens. Spinach will help a lot but broccoli, turnip greens, and certain salads will also help. Good advice from Bigdave

Foam roll, stretch or any kind of myofascial release will benefit you. I doubt it's dietary.

2 liters of water seems really low to me I drink more than that during a workout. I drink 2+ gallons everyday
