Take care of yourself and your family brother. The gym will be there when you need it.

I have always noticed that pressing movements suffer most when cutting. Pulling is rarely impacted during a cut, except high rep pulling movements. Legs are hit or miss. I really think that boils down to how you train them.

Well this was unexpected this am.

Jumped on the scale for me weekly weigh in...

203.7 a 5lb drop over the last week. I mean WTF lol, I will take it and weight on the bar not suffering too badly. This or my scale shit the bed lol

Thanks, yeah with being up since 130 am with FD, and the issues at home. I didnt want but damne missed 4 lift days not cool, so got in got it done.

I am going to guess this was due to decreased inflammation, since you have not been in the gym as much.
