I cannot deadlift and squat in the same workout. I did it one time and passed out. It could have been the weights I was throwing around though. I deadlifted 585 for 10 then as soon as I recovered I walked over and squatted 675 for 4. I racked it and started getting a little wobbly, so I laid down on the bench. As soon as I went horizontal the lights went out. My training partner was trying to wake me up and he said all I kept mumbling was, "Leave me alone. If I die, I die." This was in Afghanistan 2004. I pinned 100 mg of test suspension every day during that deployment except the days I did not come back inside the wire. I was young and dumb.
