couscous Mac and cheese

Made this for my daughter turned out really good.
1 cup Israeli couscous
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup chicken or bone broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
5 to 8 oz sharp cheese (hand shredded) how cheesy do you want it
Optional
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoonea of paprika and anchor chilli powder (recommend at least a sprinkle)

Melt butter, toss couscous in saute 3min. Add broth, bring to boil then immediately drop to simmer. Add chili and paprika powder simmer 6 to 8 min stir occasionally. When most of liquid is absorbed add heavy cream and cheese stir till melted. Serve
