Holding mad water on this enanthate and Adex ain't helping

I'm doing 55min cardio Ed and weight hasn't changed in a week or two
carbs are very low and no added sodium now to so I may phase over to TNE sooner than previously planned or switch to a stronger AI

TEST E is at 650mg and ADEX pharm grade is at 1mg 3x a week

i feel def leaner but as I get leaner it's like I'm holding more subq fluid

going to start winny 8 weeks out Insead of 6 at 75mg split dose am and pm

any ideas guys?

I'd switch to letro. It's best for prep Imo. But if you do switch stay on adex till you give letro time to work.

I'm going to use letro later on but because I'm planning on running winny for 7-8wks an letro a pretty harsh on enzymes/hepatoxicity I'm gonna wait till I'm closer.

Holding a bit more fat on my lower abs this time around than last... that few months of crashing and going natty and coming off t3 killed me. i accumulated a ton of stomach fat and it'ts going to be difficult to get the look i need... good think i have 8 weeks which is plenty of time. I will start posting some progress shots in the next week or 2. just smashed 16 sets of bis and 16 sets of tris and follwowed it up with some ground beef, eggs and peanutbutter

it's kind of gross to think about but lately i have been mixing my whey and fiber in one shake and just pounding it before bed... with vanilla whey it'ts actually like cremesicle flavored

8 weeks out ... That means it's MACRO UPDATE DAY!!

kind of like nudie magazine day but better because it means I get to cycle more carbs back in
here are my new macros which I will be using starting tomorrow

*6 meals/day, Per Meal: Protein 42-44g, Carbs 26-28g, Fats 12-14g max

so I will be constructing some new meals in the next 24 hours ..

Today I combined 3 meals into one and fried my basmati rice in coconut oil with 18oz chicken and I found an awesome new mrs dash - Cajun flavor

finally, I got my bodyfat read today. Unfortunately I got it done after an hr posing practice due to that being the only time I had so the number may be high due to subcutaneous water but via 4 fold method (bi tri suprailliac subscapular) I was 10% on the nose. I'm down 4% since I completed my winter bulk so that's good progress. 6% more to go in 8 weeks is totally doable but in going to bump my T3 to 62.5mg Ed from 50

off to do some cardio now ... Upped to 60min daily LISS

Damn well I'm not panicking but since macros were adjusted to add some carbs back I'm holding even more water.

after cardio today in full sweats and maybe like 1/8th a gallon of water I was 177lb... 8 lb over where I was a week or two ago.

Been fighting off this water for weekly weigh ins. Haven't bumped up AI but used some hctz to assist. I am planning on stopping the Test E as of this weekend. Too much bloat has got me guessing where my conditionig is really at and it's a mental stress

last shot is going to be pinned early and bridging into week 6 on test ace as a dermal and the winny at 75mg
Will be applying 100mg 2x daily
and then I will start mast prop at 500 and tren at 200 along with this for final 6 weeks

Weighted in at 175.5 today...looking full... Still shedding bodyfat.. Decided to drop test cyp/enanthate after yesterday's shot of 650mg

going to start test ace/TNE Monday and continue with Adex till next week when I may switch to letro

starting mast prop n tren next week..thinking i will pin these m-w-f for practicality

Pretty waterlogged but leaning out fast

Looking good man, are you eating any diuretic foods in your diet or do you rely on the supps for shedding water?
