OK here is a good rant.... People i don't understand why you need to tell the world you did morning cardio or your going to " Kill Chest". TRUST ME we all know u do morning cardio...work one body part a day ... 6 days a week ... and i dont give a f!@# what gym you are at. I can't fucking stand that shit on facebook

I hate Facebook period. Get a life and stop posting anything on that stupid ass website. Nobody cares what you are going to do today or anyday.

And for the love of Christ what the fuck is Twitter? And why do I keep hearing about it? Facebook and Twitter...go fuck yourselves.

True story: I fucked a cleaning lady many years ago at my job at the time. I was 23, she was about 40....wasn't half bad and loved to polish the knob. This went on for about a year....loading dock, meeting rooms, bathroom and another office within the building around 2 dozen times at least.
