No doubt yet compared to most pros and semi-pros that amount of commitment is nothing really.

Quite a few of MY colleagues (most in sports medicine practices) exercise 1-2 hours no less than every other day.
However I'm only able to "WO" 10-12 hrs per week because I have my own gym which after 30 years of acquiring equipment has become reasonably accommodating towards ensuring my needs or wants are achievable.

Two hours of exercise 3-4 x week is a fair bit in my books, I know I would consider 10-12hrs to be a pretty big week for myself and probably not something I could keep up week in, week out.
Props to you, now if only more doctors would follow your lead we'd be onto a good thing.
