Hey guys its me again.... Today i made the commitment of having ATLEAST 4 meals a day. I knew that the supplements helped until "a certain point" but i had to eat more. Today i cooked a bunch of shit so i had my meals ready for the next couple of days since i dont have time too cook on the spot. Each meal contains chicken , brown rice, and vegetables (peas and broccolis) . I also take animalPak in the meal before my workout and some whey and cellmas post work out. Later on ill swap the chicken for some fish then for some red meat. I also bought lots of nuts and frozen berries for "snacks" during the day.

P.S. If you guys have any thoughts on what could be a good add on to my diet please tell mee!!!!

Pre planning is a huge deal for me. If I prep everything on certain days im golden on my eating. I get derailed when i dont pre plan stuff .
