Hi ladies. I've seen a few women in bodybuilding do collagen supplementation (powder/pills, whatever). I'm late in my 40s and was thinking about incorporating this into my supplement routine. Was just curious if anyone has had any good benefits from it or not.

As for Collagen, has anyone found any legit information that taking it does Simmons than give ya gas???
