Their food sucks, everyone I know renamed it Chipoopte since you are in the bathroom within an hour of eating it.
Anyways, I think the answer is covered above, just needed to spout my hatred for their food, lol
Had one today…Double chicken..Anything that could be considered fast food is a cheat meal for me purely because the sodium content is much higher than what I use at home (even in the vegetables!). Salt brings out the natural flavors of foods so these places are sure to include a bunch of it to make sure you still want to buy their stuff.
But, I have gone to Chipotle a few times when I'm in a time crunch…. burrito bowl - beans, brown rice, green salsa, lettuce, chicken or barbacoa, TINY bit of sour cream, dash of cheese... if you really want to restrict calories/carbs, use the fajita vegetables in lieu of beans/rice
