Sickness whats a max working set of pendlays for you as far as weight goes.

I might, MIGHT, be able to eeek out 3-5 reps of 365. 315 is really pushing the threshold right now. I reset on the floor after every rep. That's 1.5x my BW, so it requires a very strict lockup in my glutes and hams to be able to hoist it.

Best pull I've done is 6. I'm going to try and pull heavy this week. I haven't been working with heavy weight, so I'm expecting a low-mid rep range with 5....buuuuuttttt expectations don't always match reality.
