nice job, keep at it bro. your squats are only about an inch shallow. go below parallel and youll ruin your knees, lower back, etc. ask an osteopathic doc, a professional of the skeletal/musculature body, and they will stress the same.
Cool story bro, dat dere sqwat depth bruh, strong bench but fix your form. It'll help you press more and much less uneven. If you're gonna sqwat on a box or a bench sit on it, then reverse trajectory and go up. Lastly just lose the box until you can squat below parallel.
