Cellucor M5 Extreme?

I have been speaking to a few folks about "Cellucor M5 Extreme", and everyone that has used it says it is a great preworkout / during workout supplement. One thing I haven't seen so far on forums or advertisements is something negative?

1) So is this "Energy & Endurance" two step process really that good?

2) which age bracket would benefit more from it?

I like it a lot. It's nice being able to control the amounts you choose to use.

Cellucor's stuff is way overpriced though. I use their C4 but that's it.

Yes I do agree it is quite expensive. One of the reasons I am trying to find out more about it. Once I gather enough information then I will search out who has the best price for it. So far Amazon has the lowest.
