Carb depletion before DNP

Is there any sense in doing this? Have read to do it for 3 days and others say it's not needed?

Any experiences?

No experience, but it makes sense. If you are already carb depleted your body will start using fatty acids for energy right away instead of burning through glucose first. DNP will amplify the process.
