Has anyone used Capsicum supplements? I have been taken it for about 2 weeks and really marvel at some of the benefits. I bought some NOW 500 mg cayenne which contains 40000 heat units from capsicum annum.
I have been suffering through a lot of nasal congestion since the seasons have changed and Flonase and Claritin weren't touching it.
I have zero issues right now pretty dried up. Neat little sides of flushing elevated heart rate and some reduced inflammation. Taking 4 caps a day split with meals.
No real issues with acid stomach so far.

Very interesting. My first thought when I was reading your post that it would give me terrible indigestion. I have acid reflux unless I take my nexium everyday.

For sure capsicum is great for you. I would love to try it but fear my gut would not handle it.

Ever since I started grounding months ago been getting a lot hippie emails.
I got the caps cause my stomach hates spicy foods. Plus reflux from everything! So I was pleased to see it had no effect on my stomach acid at all.

Still going strong. Nice anti inflammatory. Bit of energy and some flushing. No acid in stomach or on the exit only area.

It is in a lot of the proprietary blends these companies use in their weight loss formulas. Most don't even know they are taking it. If you sweat a lot, then it is probably in there.

Sportpharma thermadrene. Nuff said. That shit lit me up. Cayenne ephedrine caffeine and willow bark blend.

I used it back around the late 90's. There was a tolerance level for me where if I took too much, it would cause GI issues and even the runs:( Under that threshold I was fine. And yea, it would heat you up, lol. I don't even know what brand I used at this point. I want to say it was Twinlabs, but it could have been a brand on the shelves of Walmart.

Actually.....

I think I may have taken some at one point when I was also using Syntrax LipoKinetix that had usnic acid:eek:

Cayenne will help a Heart Attack within a minute. It's simply 1 Tsp of the Hottest Cayenne you can get (I keep 90K to 160K on hand) in a mug of Hot Water. Just run the tap as hot as possible or heat on the stove, but you have to get it down, so not Coffee Pot temp... I did that and called the Ambo. They got there and hooked me up to the EKG, and said "We are taking you in". I asked if I was having an attack, and they confirmed it. They aren't rolling if it's an Anxiety attack. I got to the ER, and they switched the EKG leads and couldn't find any evidence of a Heart Attack.

As far as Acid Reflux, I haven't had any in 20 Years, got close a few times when I ate what I wasn't supposed to like Pepperoni... The cure is 1 Tsp. of Baking Soda in 16 oz water. I did that Two days in a row, and have been home free ever since. Was on Nexium and Prilosec, haven't touched those since July 2005.
