I agree. Fusion only shifts load bearing to the smaller discs above the injured ones.

Yes that too so you'd have a bigger problem with that

I am fused and t it had to be done and what prime said is what the doctor told me exactly about the discs above. I had it in my servical spine and that was a painful surgery. Like i said before and strong also said just be careful and be proactive. I don't wish back surgery on anyone it's just a bad deal.
