Aug 16, 2014 OK this is so easy but will hit that buffalo wing fix that comes around now and then. Here is what I do take the boneless skinless chicken breasts and boil them in water with garlic. I boil for a while then let sit to cool. Shred the chicken (should come right apart if you boil long enough). Make sure to get any leftover pieces of fat or unappealing things off. Throw in plastic zip bag and put in franks red hot or frank wing sauce (the hot is really hot I use the mild) add granulated or powder garlic mix well and you are done. I take a half head of lettuce, little onion, yellow peppers, and a vinegar based low carb dressing or just red wine vinegar put that on the salad. Add 1/4 cup of reduced fat blue cheese crumbles and warn up 8 oz of the shredded chicken and throw it on top. I have done the same thing with guys low carb bbq sauce and its great. Usually have the bbq with whatever veggie I have in the fridge. If you are eating clean this almost feels like a cheat meal.
