Broom's Ostarine cycle log

Here I am again, after a quite disappointing, underdosed SD cycle 8 months ago. I decided to try ostarine this time after reading so many promising things about it.
I m gonna run Olympus Labs osta for 2 months. I ll start with 15mg ED. Used Epi 2 years ago with great results but that's all my experience with steroids.

Best lifts so far (off cycle)

Squat 110kg
OHP 53kg
Deadlift 160kg

First dose today, fingers crossed

Nothing noticeable to mention yet. My workouts still suffer, for no reason.

I really havent noticed any difference in my workouts. Maybe a slight body composition, I feel a tad fuller on the upper body and quite slimmer in my waist. Could be my imagination.
I dose at 20mg ED.
How much does it take to kick in, in your experience?

Let the gainzz beginnnn!
Today's workout was intense, I felt great with tons of energy throughout my whole training, I had very nice pumps and some slight increase in strength but nothing impressive.
I can definitely see slight recomp changes. I am so curious to see what's going to be like in a month from now.
Sides= still zero.

It took about 3 weeks for me to really notice differences in the gym. Sounds like you're already feeling the benefits from it though from the slight recomp, to the increased energy from your workout.
