I'd never just result to body weight exercises only. For chest day this is my routine so far and it seems to.be working.
5 Sets of 5 flat bench
3 sets of 30 bodyweight dips
3 sets of weighted diamond pushups. i usually do sets of 20 with 150lbs on my back. and i see some good shape coming in.

No wonder you have bigger arms than chest.

You aren't limited to high reps with bodyweight. You can make any exercise as hard as you need to. There's a great progression of exercises that could keep you in low as well as higher rep ranges. Dips too easy, try them on rings. Handstand pushups, planche, front and back levers. It's fertile ground for bodybuilders I think. Look at some of those gymnasts, or some of those highlandaz, bartendaz, that Hannibal guy. I used to use alot of them and will be adding them back in slowly. How the fuck can a guy do diamond pushups with 150lbs, that's very impressive tricep power there. There's pic of old time bodybuilders using rings. Larry Scott doing ring flies is cool. Shouldn't post stoned nor should I be stoned at work.
