so remember along time ago when I use to do lyle mcdonald PSMF (protein sparing modified fast) he saw that...Sorry for the ignorance, but where is the 1000 cals coming from ? How is over 300g protein and 400g carbs only 1000 cals
I'm worried in advance if this makes me sound like an idiot lol
perfectly natural, perfectly normal. 20iu's of gh per dayyour thyroid numbers?
thoughts on HGH plus T4 I read somewhere
23:35
that you're wasting your money if you don't take T4 with HGH all right there
23:40
there's this this is one of these questions that understanding the science
23:46
of what's going on is very important because people take data and they don't
23:52
know how to interpret the data because they don't understand the science and I'm going to explain what I mean you're on GH you go for blood work okay you say
24:00
you know what test my thyroid because everyone thinks that GH messes up your thyroid right so you test TSH which is
24:06
thyroid stimulating hormone which is the pituitary hormone that tells your thyroid to produce you know T4 then you
24:11
got the hormone free T4 which is the inactive thyroid hormone that your thyroid gland produces and then in the
24:18
circulation somewhere your body will convert a T4 into T3 which is the active
24:23
thyroid hormon so T3 or triiodo thyroid is active thyroid hormon that's actually does something so you have to convert T4
24:29
to T3 now when you take GH we all know that it has a direct fat burning effect you know if you've ever taken it you
24:35
know it's Amp metabolism but one of the ways it helps burn fat is it actually causes more T4 in your body to convert
24:41
to T3 so on blood work what you'll notice is your T3 levels will be higher
24:46
and T4 will be lower sometimes T4 will go so low that it's actually below the
24:51
normal range but if you look at T3 T3 is actually higher sometimes than the normal range or it's in the high normal
24:57
range and because of the fact that T4 doesn't influence metabolism at all it's all
25:04
T3 that's not a problem so yeah yes you are low in T4 when you're on GH because you're converting more of it to the
25:10
active form T3 that doesn't mean that you're not growing or that you're your thyroid subpar if anything your thyroid
25:15
is too high because the active thyroid is what we is what defines whether your thyroid is high or low so just because
25:23
there's a value that's low you have to understand why it's low it's low because G is making T4 convert to T3 at a higher
25:30
rate so there's no deficiency whatsoever there's no negative side effect to that it's just an artifact that you're going
25:36
to see on blood work when you get it taken when you're on GH now not everyone has is affected as much as other people
25:43
some people they it's a much more dramatic effect some people it's not you would think it would be dose related but
25:49
it's really not sometimes guys take a lot of GH it doesn't happen sometimes they take one or two IUS and they see
25:54
that T4 T3 conversion really high I think it has a lot to do with the genetics of the person so don't go panic
learn something new every day! thanks eazyperfectly natural, perfectly normal. 20iu's of gh per day
maybe. I don't know if what I am basing this on is even true. sounds good though
It's my understanding that when you are on GH your T4 (see below) will be low no matter what. I was told to watch the T3 and make sure that stays in range and that one is.
