Just skipping around reading here and there. From what I gather you are eating less than 1,000 calories per day to lose weight. I guess thats one way to do it. I just always increased my total calories and stopped eating anything but meat and eggs. That makes me drop weight like a stone. Went from eating 3,500 cal per day and 240 to eating 4,800-5,000 per day and dropped 51 pounds in 5 months. Documented everything on here including what I ate complete with before and after pics. But hey, if you like starving be my guest. I'd rather eat...lol
