Black Physique vs White Physique Question

First of all DO NOT take this wrong, this is NOT a racial thing just a question. DO not take it as that!!!!

Why is it that Black men and women seem to have better "cuts" or definition?

Is it something genetic? I am asking because I just came from the gym and noticed most of the Black guys were pretty cut up, not real big but cut. Looking at a white guy beside him, same height and build cut but not the same. Am I imagining this? Look at the body building world I see the same thing.

it is their skin color it make them look more cut, so many white guys look just like they do, but their skin is not as dark, i don't get where people say that, for every picture of a cut black guy there is a white guy just as equally as cut, you don't make any sense.

I think its skin shade with the combo of genetics. I look like a albino black dude with a tan.
