Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. My legs, even though they still suck, are quite a bit better than they were last year and I expect they will continue to improve. The reason they are so far behind is that I basically neglected training them after I broke my back and seriously f'd up my spinal discs falling off a roof, although I continued training my upper body as best I could. But now that most of those issues have cleared up I am anxious to get back to eating and put some real size on them.
