Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. My legs, even though they still suck, are quite a bit better than they were last year and I expect they will continue to improve. The reason they are so far behind is that I basically neglected training them after I broke my back and seriously f'd up my spinal discs falling off a roof, although I continued training my upper body as best I could. But now that most of those issues have cleared up I am anxious to get back to eating and put some real size on them.

Stepping onstage your first time is a huge and courageous step for the bb'er. You looked great. Talk to any normal (nonasshole) bb'er before they step on stage and most will say they aren't ready and should be better in some area. Congrats

Quite a few in that class....Last show I went to was Mr. Indiana a few years back, only 2 in the masters division.
