Best time to take Dbol?

About to start my cycle Saturday and haven't used Dbol before. Will be taking 30mg ED. As I will be taking 10mg three times over the day, is there any optimal times to take it, e.g. pre or post workout?

Personal pref realy, I always take a tab 30mins before workout.

Do you take dbols everyday :O or just on a cycle lol

It'd be ideal to split em as far as you can, easier for liver to process, regulate amount in system etc, = morning, noon and night

30mg isnt a huge dose... Take it all pre workout... For me, one hour pre work out and I show up at the gym ready to snap something no matter if I got no sleep the night before or had a crappy day or whatever... Dbol is the greatest pre workout supp ever invented.

I take 10mg with breakfast, another 10mg around time for the gym in the evening and the last 10mg before bed.

I agree... recently I've been taking 50 mgs of D-bol preworkout & getting some tremendous pumps... fun stuff.

If all you are taking is 30mg than I would just do it all preworkout to get the most out of it. Ive done it this way and I've split the doses up. I never noticed any difference.

I used to do 20pre workout and 10 pre bed. Didn't enhance workout but i figured the increased protein synthesis would be useful with post workout meal. In the grand scheme of things i doubt it matters when you take it

30 mg is a great dose, 40 is my tops, and if I were you, I would spread it out over the day, every 6-8 hours.

Say you wanted to use it forever and only on training days, then the pre workout method I would dol
