Southern Tier's Imperial Pumking.
This is the best fall/pumpkin beer (maybe one of the best ever) that you'll try IMO. I can't wait for the fall to purchase another 2 cases like last year...(48 22-oz bottles for those not counting). These things sold hotter than POB hooking in downtown boston....At 6.99est for a 22oz, its worth every penny.
It's best served at 38-40 degrees to allow the aroma to breathe in a tulip pint glass or nonic imperial glass.
The pumpkin taste hits you in the beginning and at the end with a hint of cinammon and caramel but then a hoppy aftertaste reminds you that you're still drinking a beer. At 8.6% alc, it's blended very well and won't fill you up.
For me, I put this beer at the top of the fall chart.
