let me state this proven fact that no one made comment about.......The more years u lift the more strength u will build...And i dont mean strength u built up too training in cycles and then u lose it..im talking about strength that last....So get your years under your belt and strength will follow....So thats the real deal......And let me tell you how i know this to be proven...say 10 years ago i couldnt dream of hitting 50 reps with 225..i had a good power bench hitting around 500 but strength wise it wasnt there....The only thing that worked for building strength was to keep on lifting swiching power to strength training....Now 10 years after the fact im pressing 225 for 50 reps....I could get more but i just stop at 50......so go figure people.....dw
