So I'm 19 second year college student been into lifting since I was 13. Mainly because I played football my first year of college and decided to stop to focus on school. I got lazy, my grades are up but my body has seen better days.
Stats at my best which was a year ago
5'8 200lbs
bench: 355
squat: 515
Body fat: 12%
stats now
5'8 220
bench 295
squat 425
Body fat 17%
Goal:
5'8 weight depending on more on body fat then anything
bench at least back to 355
squat at least back to 515
body fat 10% or less
I wanted to post this on the forum because I'm open to suggestions and would like to change things up and keep them interesting. I'm just on b12, protein, and a multivitamin. I want to get leaner and stronger then I've ever been, more importantly just be and feel healthy again. I usually do about 30 mins of cardio 4 nights a week, and I lift on a 4 day rotation. I have a decent diet, but I tend to eat too much then bad stuff. If anyone is doing the same or has done this feel free to add your two cents, any help is appreciated.
