surfing the net and getting caought in diff places . Was just listening to biggerben over at AB and saw the TID by his avi so I ventuered back to look around . Man is it fresh here . Good vibes .
First place I stopped and got lost in was injury and prevention . never made it out of there . A friend of mine was discussing a back issue he was having today and there was the explanation in the injury and prevention . I also found a wealth of info that applied to my self that I ahve been trying to figure .
great to see a few of the fellas from other boards here as well .
