I worked on the arch a bit yesterday while doing dl. It helped rite at the top of movement when locking out. I usually get some pain in this part of the pull but not yesterday. Didn't have any real weight on as I was going for speed/reps but felt better.

POB nailed it - just push your belly in to your belt and keep your chest up.

Who have you seen yelling to arch?

Yea I was referencing squats. I was just wondering if arching carried over to conventional pulls.
Not at all no. They are very different lifts. Arching on a conventional pull will **** up your spine quick.

Please do. Film from the side and from the front at a diagonal angle. Don't post 135lbs. Post something close to or at max effort. Single reps.
