Great video! Isn't it weird that no one wants to hear this? Not only have studies been done its provable and repeatable.

Native Americans didn't eat just meat

Mediterranean diet is well balanced and people live pretty damn long and disease free.

Salisbury recommended cutting away all fat and connective tissue, not adding it in.

This guy talks in very general terms, these plants, grains etc..

Okay that video was slightly painful in length. The guy is very general in his claims. The longest living and healthiest individuals are those on a Mediterranean diet.

In several years they’ll have tons of more research out comparing Mediterranean, carnivore, and plant based. So far year after year the research is showing that the Mediterranean diet is still the best. I also think that research will show plant based will also show lots of benefits in reducing disease. The problem I have is there people on all sides making claims there route cures every disease.

My wife has systemic lupus and 10 years ago she was in very bad health. A good doctor (as opposed to the 11 specialist retards she was seeing for various things) rescued her by teaching her how to eat to not feed the illness. That and 5 mg oxandrolone ED and she is probably the fittest, healthiest, most active woman I know at 48 yrs old.

Most all “natives” (indigenous) favored and prioritized meat.

Incorrect. The longest living don’t eat Mediterranean. Actually, the longest living (and there are two categories: overall life expectancy that includes artificial extended years via medications and surgeries, and then what’s called “healthy life expectancy”) which tend to be Asian / Hong Kong, are very high meat consumers.

And the doctor in the video is general because he’s summarizing for the sake of the lay person.
There’s been a growing body of doctors and nutrition researchers/educators over the past handful of years involved with medicine (medical field) and nutrition who are dispelling the establishment dogma that continues to fuck people’s health up.
Paul Saladino, Shawn Baker, Ken Berry, Bill Schindler, Anthony Chaffee, Kevin Stock, Brian Sanders…… etc.

Best for what and for who? I don't think anyone on carnivore has ever claimed it cures every disease. From the studies I've seen a vegan diet is one of if not the most unhealthy things you could ever do. Meanwhile I haven't seen one study showing people dropping dead or even having health problems on carnivore. If there were it would be front page news everywhere because of the medical community. Long term? Sure add some veggies every once in a while for flavor if you like if its well tolerated by your system. I think for the most part people do realize how shitty they actually feel until the don't anymore. Hell I use to think it was normal to be tired all the time and have to shit 2-3 times per day. Stomach cramps, bloating and gas were just a part of life I thought. Joint inflammation was just because I was getting older. Or so I was told by the Drs who wanted to load me up on drugs.

People on here are representative of people in general. They don't want to think the way they have always done things and were taught to do things is completely wrong. Even in the face of mounting evidence they stick to their guns.... and their bread, rice, veggies and fruit. lol

The nomadic ones, such as the Souix, did. Many others were hunter-gatherers and farmers. Chocktaws were famous for their vegetable farms. And I'm going to assume you're meaning North America because Central and South American indigenous peoples like Aztec are well-known to have had a diet of primarily vegetables.
