All the guys I have seen that have used synthol look bad real bad but used correctly I don't see an issue.i look at it like this if yor got a 19 inch arm and you use a little in the bis and tris get your arm to 20 wouldn't look at place.im not a fan of it but if your competing well it does help bring up lagging body parts
